Curt grew up in a small town in Central Illinois and developed a strong work ethic early in life. After graduating from Illinois Wesleyan University, he spent two years in the corporate world before following his entrepreneurial instincts and becoming a business owner.

He built and operated that business for 36 years before selling it to a national provider. After retiring, Curt and his wife moved to Palm Harbor, Florida.

His background in business ownership, customer relationships, sales, and real estate investing informs his calm, practical approach. Curt’s strongest quality is empathy: he explains the process, answers questions patiently, and helps clients move toward a successful closing.
